Gunther Meyer

With over 20 years of experience in legal practice, Gunther Meyer provides legal counselling to clients with a focus on innovation and technology transfer in a variety of sectors, including the Life Sciences sector. He assists clients in contentious and non-contentious matters relating to all types of Intellectual Property Rights, transfers of technology, and trade secrets (including knowhow protection). He has particular expertise in negotiating and drafting licensing, R&D, consortium, and other Intellectual Property collaboration agreements. Gunther also has significant experience in advising and assisting universities in the context of technology transfer agreements.

Gunther is skilled in Belgian, EU, and international regulatory matters in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical devices sectors.

He is a member of the most important associations and organisations in the field of Intellectual Property Rights (such as AIPPI, ALAI, BMM, EPLAW and LES Benelux).
