Liber.ius junior associate
Moustapha’s practice focusses on EU regulatory and International Trade. He is currently working on an international trade mission at the Belgian Embassy in London. Prior to his role in the Belgian Embassy, Moustapha worked at two international law firms focussing on EU Competition law and Life Science. Moustapha has advised international companies on competition law matters including merger control, antitrust compliance, cartels and state aid. He also worked on life science matters including reimbursement applications of rare diseases, review of commercial agreements, market access and regulatory compliance. In addition, Moustapha is currently a member of the board of the Belgian College of Clinical Trials (FPS Public Health).
Moustapha graduated at the University of Ghent, where he currently works as a teaching assistant. He also studied at the University of Valencia and obtained an LL.M. European Law at the Université Catholique de Louvain.
