Diederik is a corporate and M&A lawyer, entrepreneur and former merchant banker who approaches transactions and legal challenges with a dealmaker’s instinct for what matters commercially. He has spent his career working on cross-border transactions, restructurings and financings, from entrepreneurial acquisitions to complex international deals involving businesses, investors and family offices across Europe and beyond. He also advises founders, shareholders and boards on navigating the strategic, governance and relationship issues surrounding deals.
