For many years, Yves headed of the Competition and Regulatory Desk within the Commercial Law department at Osborne Clarke Belgium, advising on competition law, EU Regulatory matters and public tender issues. He gained considerable expertise in a variety of client needs such as WEEE requirements, labelling requirements, waste management issues in various sectors, but also product liability and product safety issues in various sectors, such as retail and the automotive sector.

With a substantive knowledge of commercial law matters, Yves has advised on many aspects of contractual and commercial law, for large international corporations as well as start-ups. These activities include negotiating, interpreting and drafting,  with a focus on distribution agreements, and commercial litigation.

Yves graduated with a Postgraduate Diploma in EU Competition Law at London’s King’s College as well as a Master in International Legal Studies (cum laude) at the Università di Verona in Italy.
